Your Rights Regarding the Protection of Personal Data

Pursuant to the provisions of the LPPD, you may exercise the following rights by applying to Ak Portföy Yönetimi A.Ş:

• Learn whether personal data is being processed,
• Request information if their personal data has been processed,
• To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
• To know the third parties to whom personal data are transferred domestically or abroad,
• To request correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing,
• Request deletion or destruction of personal data,
• In case of correction, deletion or destruction of personal data, to request notification of these transactions to third parties to whom personal data are transferred,
• To object to the emergence of a result to the detriment of the person himself/herself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
• In case of damage due to unlawful processing of personal data, to demand compensation for the damage.

Requests submitted within this scope will be finalized by Ak Portföy Yönetimi A.Ş. free of charge within thirty days at the latest. However, if a fee is stipulated by the Personal Data Protection Board, the fee in the tariff determined by our bank may be charged.

Requests of Relevant Persons

Persons whose personal data are processed through cookies used on our website have the right to make requests regarding which personal data are processed in which processes and the current status of these data within the scope of Article 11 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data. In this context, according to the KVKK's "Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller", the relevant person / data subject must submit their requests regarding the implementation of the KVKK to the data controller in writing. Therefore, in order for your request to be evaluated, you must submit your application in writing.

As Ak Portföy, requests from data subjects are responded within 30 days. In this context, we would like to remind you that your written applications to be made on the subject can be accepted following the identity verification to be made by us. However, if a fee is stipulated by the Personal Data Protection Board, the fee in the tariff determined by our company may be charged.

You may submit your requests regarding these rights in accordance with Article 11 and paragraph 1 of Article 13 of the KVKK and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller,

• In order to determine your identity and not to provide information to the wrong people, in writing, through a notary public, registered letter with return receipt or the approved "Data Owner Request Form" on our website,
• You can send an e-mail to info@akportfoy.com.tr by using a secure electronic signature, mobile signature or (if any) the e-mail address notified to our institution by you and registered in our systems.

 In your application;

• Name, surname and signature if your application is in writing,
• Turkish Republic ID number for citizens of the Republic of Turkey, nationality, passport number or ID number, if any, for foreigners,
• Residential or workplace address for notification,
• Electronic mail address, telephone and fax number for notification, if any,
• The subject of the request must be present.

You should also attach the relevant information and documents to your application.
