The fund management fee is charged on the portfolio value in consideration of the following services.

• Managing the fund in line with the strategy set out in the fund prospectus,
• Performing the fund’s internal control and risk management activities,
• Calculating the fund’s unit prices,
• Maintaining the fund accounting records,
• Preparing the fund’s statutory books,
• Managing application processes for necessary revisions to the fund prospectus and internal regulations,
• Managing regulatory processes with authorities such as the Capital Markets Board and Tax Offices, and monitoring audits,
• Coordinating the relations with independent audit firms,
• Carrying out public disclosures and fund reporting via the Public Disclosure Platform,
• Establishing the necessary infrastructure to ensure the effective operation of all the abovementioned systems.

Other fund-related expenses are covered within the fund in accordance with regulatory limits specified in the prospectus. These include custody fees, trading commissions, independent audit fees, mandatory announcement costs, Board registration fees, Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) charges, and other similar expenses. Some are proportional to the fund’s size, while others are fixed nominal costs independent from the size.
