Ak Asset Management New Technologies Foreign Equity Fund

If, as of 18:00 Türkiye time (TSI) on the valuation day, end-of-day transactions have not been completed on the exchange where the relevant asset is traded, the valuation price is determined by converting the weighted average price of the relevant asset, obtained by data distribution institutions at any time between 17:30-18:00 TSI, into Turkish lira using the indicative foreign exchange buying rate announced by the Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye at 15:30. If no transaction occurs in the relevant market on the valuation day, the valuation price from the last trading date will be used.

No additional commission is charged when investing in all Ak Asset Management funds traded on TEFAS through other banks. You can easily invest through the bank where your account is held, subject to the same management fee and the same trading regulations. Funds not traded on TEFAS can be invested in through Akbank and/or other institutions with which we have specific agreements for these funds.

In funds investing in equities, if the equities invested in by the fund distribute dividends, these dividend payments are reflected in the fund size; therefore, dividend payments are also reflected to fund investors in proportion to their participation share amounts.

The fund management fee is the fee charged over the total size in mutual funds in return for the product's management processes. It is included in the fund price daily and accrued automatically.

Exchange rates are effective in the performance of funds investing in foreign currency-denominated assets.

The companies in the fund’s portfolio are actively managed by Ak Asset Management fund managers.

Returns in the New Technologies Fund are calculated in TRY, and returns can be obtained in TRY terms. However, since the fund invests in foreign equities, the USD/TRY exchange rate on the relevant day also affects the calculation of TRY-denominated returns. The exchange rate to be used in the calculation of fund performance is the Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye buying rate announced at 3:30 on that day.

The funds’ daily unit prices and performance information are regularly updated on the Ak Asset Management website, the TEFAS platform and bank account statements. Investors can track fund performance instantly and reliably.

In fund purchase-sale transactions, T (Transaction Day), the day on which the investor gives the order, is taken as the basis:
T+1 (Purchase): Fund participation shares are transferred to your account within 1 business day following the order.
T+2 (Sale) The sale amount is transferred to your account within 2 business days following the order.
