The fund provides investment convenience in a single transaction for savers who want to focus on profit opportunities in the real estate sector.

At least 80% of the fund's total value is invested in the shares and debt instruments of domestic/foreign companies operating in the Real Estate Sector, primarily in the Real Estate Sector mentioned above through American Depositary Receipts (ADRs) and Global Depositary Receipts (GDRs) of these companies.
