Late-Stage Growth Capital Investment Fund
The BEC fund becomes a minority partner by providing growth capital to small, medium, and large-scale companies.
With sufficient equity stakes and large investment amounts, the fund typically secures the right to a seat on the company’s board of directors, thereby having a say in the company’s key decisions. Information regarding the portfolio companies will be provided throughout the investment process.
The targeted sectors are next-generation manufacturing and technology companies. (e.g., defense and aerospace, automotive, retail and services, packaging, artificial intelligence software providers, payment system providers, autonomous robotics and IoT solutions, chemical product manufacturers, etc.)
The Fund may have the option to make early distributions when the proceeds from the sale of portfolio companies exceed both the principal and the target return. Early distributions are at the discretion of the Fund’s founder.

The projected redemption date for the Fund is March 27, 2036. Fund shares will be redeemable on the redemption date.
