Invested Assets
The fund aims to generate lease income, dividend income, and capital gains by investing within the limits set out in Article 10 of the Regulation on State Contributions primarily in lease certificates and equities included in the BIST Participation 30 Index. At least 75% of the portfolio consists of Turkish lira denominated lease certificates and revenue-sharing certificates issued by the Ministry of Treasury and Finance. Up to 15% of the portfolio may be invested in equities included in the Participation 30 Index, and up to 15% may be invested in Turkish lira participation (profit-sharing) accounts and lease certificates issued by asset leasing companies whose originating banks are Turkish banks.
